Regina has a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified HR Professional with over 25 years of HR Management experience that includes comprehensive experience in all HR fields and in most industries. Regina's experience includes all aspects of human resources, including payroll, benefit administration, training & development, strategic planning, budget control and business development.
Regina has a solid reputation that displays integrity and professionalism in all situations and with all level of employees. Regina is known for her problem-solving skills and consistent implementation of strong policies & procedures that positively affect profitability and productivity, while decreasing risk.
Jeremy Hale
Partner
Jeremy holds a B.S. in Business Administration, an MBA, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Business Transactions Concentration, all from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jeremy serves as the Chief Operating Officer of a multi-million dollar healthcare company and knows first-hand the value of outsourcing human resources services.
Now in the 10th year of outsourcing HR, Jeremy values the ROI his company has enjoyed and has partnered with Integrity HR Services to deliver these services to businesses in the Knoxville area.
Neil Koonce
Partner
Neil holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Tennessee Technological University and a Mini MBA from Belmont University. Neil is a serial entrepreneur and has started and owned numerous businesses in his 30 year career. One of the companies he currently leads has been recognized as a “Best Company” in its industry for five consecutive years.
Mr. Koonce is currently serving as a Board Member for the Knoxville Leadership Foundation. Mr. Koonce has also served as the voluntary President of the TN Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association, President of the South Knoxville Rotary Club, and President of East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Committee for the Future. He has also served as a Board Member for the Knoxville Sports Hall of Fame, been awarded the Greater Knoxville Chamber Enterpriser Award, and has served in leadership with various other community groups and faith-based organizations.
In addition, Mr. Koonce has been recognized nationally in the healthcare industry for career contributions to the field of healthcare accounting and business office practices.
